This course of instruction is
designed for managers, administrators, security officers, directors at all
levels involved with operations and security issues at Seaports and other
Maritime Facilities, including Port Tenants, Marine Facilities, Law
Enforcement, Port Authority Officials, Federal, State, County, Local
Governing Officials, Large Vessel Owners, Operators and Managers.

legislation, including Maritime Transportation Security Act of 2002

individual responsibilities, Maritime Transportation Security Act of 2002
(MTSA), International Ship & Port Facility Security Code (ISPS), State
legislation, domestic and international compliance, waivers, deadlines and
fines.
